Delete your Cartel Chat account

Cartel Chat users can request permanent account deletion at any time.

Delete your account inside the app

1. Open Cartel Chat.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Open Settings.

4. Select Delete account.

5. Review the information and confirm your request.

6. This is the fastest and most secure deletion method because you are already authenticated.

If you cannot access the app

Email cartelchatworld@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Cartel Chat account.

Use the subject:

"Cartel Chat Account Deletion Request"

Include your username and state that you want the account permanently deleted. Do not include your password. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Information covered by deletion

Deletion covers your account and account-linked personal content, subject to technical processing time and applicable legal requirements. Certain transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, or safety records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or the protection of users.
