Cartel Chat Terms of Use

Effective date: July 18, 2026

By creating an account or using Cartel Chat, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Do not use Cartel Chat if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and promptly contact support if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Graphics Cartel a limited license to store, process, display, distribute, secure, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate and protect Cartel Chat.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Cartel Chat may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary for user safety, fraud prevention, rule enforcement, or legal compliance.

Credits and paid features

CC credits are an in-app accounting unit and are not cryptocurrency or legal tender. Credits may be earned, granted, transferred, or spent according to current app rules. Any creator, seller, or payout program may require separate eligibility checks and verification.

Community marketplace

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, communications, fulfillment, delivery, refunds, and compliance with applicable law. Cartel Chat may moderate listings and disputes but is not the seller of user-listed goods.

Availability and changes

Cartel Chat is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or end, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, commit fraud, misuse credits, or repeatedly abuse other users or app features.
